Dr. Jamie Austin began her dental career in 2006 as a dental assistant while attending Georgia College and State University. After completing her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Biology, she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. While attending Augusta University, she participated in community clinics, served as volunteer coordinator, and co-authored a clinical report that was published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry.
Dr. Austin is an active member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Georgia Dental Association, the Peachtree Summit Study Club, and the Northern District Dental Society.
Intent on building genuine and trusting relationships with patients, she enjoys taking time for conversations and learning about her patients and their dental health goals. Through these conversations, Dr. Austin can also learn how to help patients best. She is passionate about how the art of dentistry can change a person’s outlook on life, confidence, and overall dental health.
Born in California, raised in Georgia, Dr. Austin and her husband have always considered the Atlanta area their home. When the opportunity to continue Dr. Stuart Coe’s dental practice arose, Dr. Austin accepted the honor and purchased the practice in 2020.
In her spare time, Dr. Austin and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children, being outdoors as much as possible, going to area sporting events, including Atlanta United soccer matches and traveling.
Dr. Austin enjoys fitness, yoga, and discovering new flavors by cooking new dishes and trying out the best food spots she can find.

At Austin Dental of Roswell, we use genuine Botox® Cosmetic products to address the effects of aging.
Botox® is an FDA-approved injectable that temporarily improves the appearance of forehead wrinkles, wrinkles in between the brows (glabella), and crow's feet in adults. Botox® uses a form of botulinum toxin to temporarily paralyze muscle activity, which effectively relaxes the muscles and reduces the appearance of wrinkles on the skin.
The injections are nearly painless, and there is no downtime or recovery period! The average number of units required varies by treatment area and muscle strength; therefore, consultation is required.
